Our prayers are with the family. Lonnie was a fine man and it was our pleasure and honor to know him. God does not make many man like Lonnie. Lonnie was strong, honest and loved his family. Lonnie will be missed and a void left in our lives, but Heaven has gained an angel.

This world has lost a precious man and heaven has gained one! We loved Lonnie with all our hearts, the depths of this sorrow is sometimes overwhelming, but the joy of his release is a blessing. A finer man, a better friend, a sweeter cousin, you would be hard pressed to find anywhere. Our hearts weep with yours dear family, may God hold your hearts in his hands and comfort you through all the friends and extended family that loved Lonnie so dearly.

To your family, I send regrets for your loss. Martha is a dear friend of mine and told me so much about Lonnie. I told her he was my hero because of the way he took his misfortune. There are so many people that would not have had the attitude he did. I usually asked her each time she came to my house how he was doing and was just in awe of how he handled everything.
Again I am so sorry for your loss. May God be with you and bless you with the strength and courage to get through this time in your life and carry you when you don't think you can because He can and He will. Love and prayers for all of you.

My prayers go to Brenda and all of Lonnie's family. My dear friend was a kind and wonderful man. Lonnie's quiet nature made him extra special and when Lonnie did have something to say you can believe you would definitely want to hear what he had to say. His grateful sprit, his determination and his caring ways are truly qualities I will always admire about him. I will always thrive to be more like him. I admired and loved him very much.
Love Always, Robbie Hunt
