December 11, 1934 – November 26, 2020
JUSTICE COMMUNITY – William Ferris Newbill, III, 85, of the Justice Community, died Thursday afternoon.
William was preceded in death by his wife, Marian V. Newbill and his son, William Ferris Newbill, IV.
There will be no memorial service at this time.
William is survived by his daughters, Donna L. Brown and Chrystal E. Newbill both of the Justice Community; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren.
