April 9, 1958 – January 1, 2021
LOUISBURG – Thomas Wayne Wheeler, 62, of Louisburg, died Friday afternoon.
Wayne was a son of the late Bennie and Idalene M. Wheeler. He was preceded in death by his infant sister, Barbara Jean Wheeler; brothers, Tim Wheeler and Mitchell Wheeler.
A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Strickland Funeral Home. The family will receive friends immediately following the service. Due to the pandemic, masks and social distancing will be required.
Wayne is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Beverly H. Wheeler; daughter and son-in-law, Rosita and Ben Brown of Whitakers; son and daughter-in-law, Nick and Abby Wheeler; brother, Kenneth Wheeler all of Louisburg; grandchildren, Zachary and Carter Brown; Alana and Madison Wheeler.
