FRANKLINTON – Teresa Patton Rhodes, 61, of Franklinton, died Sunday evening.

Teresa was preceded in death by her father, Tom Patton; husband, John Rhodes and sister, Susie P. Gupton.

A funeral service will be held 2 pm Thursday in the chapel of Strickland Funeral Home. The family will receive friends immediately following the service. A private family burial will be held at Ransdell Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery.

Teresa is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Amanda and John Jernigan; son, Johnathan Rhodes; mother, Shirley M. Patton; sisters, and brother-in-law, Debbie and James Ray Parrish; Shelby Ayscue and her fiancé, Brent Perdue; brothers and sisters-in-law, Mike and Betsy Patton; Thomas and Linda Patton; Roy and Brenda Patton; granddaughter, Aria Lynn Jernigan; many nieces and nephews.
