Sherrie Lynn Lester

Sherrie Lynn Lester, age 61, of Louisburg, passed away in her home unexpectedly on January 19, 2022.

She is survived by her mother, Iris Hill, brother and sister-in-law, Jeffrey & Jo Anne Lester, nieces, Brittany Lester, Anya Lester and Alea Lester, nephew, Bryant Lester, and her great niece, Bailey Lester. She is preceded in death by her father, James Sherrill Lester. 

Sherrie Lynn enjoyed being outside and could often be found fishing or gardening with a Pepsi in hand. She loved watching sports and was a passionate UNC Chapel Hill fan. She was a kind and loving woman. Above all else, her greatest love in life was taking care of her family. 

Family and friends are invited to attend a graveside service at 2PM Sunday January 23 at New Hope Christian Church in Louisburg NC. Visitation to follow at her home.
