Sandra Smith Vick

Sandra Smith Vick, 64, of Lake Royale, went to her heavenly home on Saturday evening, July 18, 2020. She was born in Wake County, a daughter of the late Albert Henry and Evelyn Austin Smith. She was preceded in death by her brother, Johnnie Smith.

Sandra was employed at Duke Primary Care - Wakelon in Zebulon. 

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm, Wednesday, July 22, 2020, in the Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home & Crematory, Louisburg.  Interment will follow at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens in Zebulon.

Sandra is survived by her husband, John Thomas Vick, Sr. of the home, her children: Jonathan Dwayne Vick, Airforce Tech Sergeant, Grand Forks, ND, Cindy Thomas (Wes) of Farmville, and Thomas Vick of Whitaker, NC; grandson, Corey Thomas of Farmville, sisters: Patty S. Tugwell and Brenda S. Hargrove (Elton) both of Zebulon; sister-n-law, Judy Smith of Wendell, niece Dr. Shelly West and great-niece, Ashley West, both of Zebulon, and nephew, Ed Hargrove (Natalie) of Hookerton.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the chapel.
