RICHARD A. WATERS

March 19, 1935 – May 23, 2021

LOUISBURG – Richard Ambrose Waters, 86, of Louisburg, died Sunday morning at his home.

Richard was born in Iowa to the late Ambrose and Hazel K. Waters. He was an Army Veteran and a retired Electrical Engineer.

A graveside service will be held 11 am Thursday at the Rowe Family Cemetery.

Richard is survived by his loving wife, Connie R. Waters; daughters, Paulette Melchiorre; Darlene Bissell and husband, Jerry; Sharon Wolfe; sons, Tommy Waters and wife, Jenny; Brian Waters and wife, Rhonda; brother, Ed Waters and wife, Marilyn; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
