REGGIE L. GILLIAM

December 9, 1946 – December 18, 2022

LOUISBURG – Reggie Lacy Gilliam, 76, died Sunday morning at Wake Med.

Reggie was the son of the late Henry Lacy and Ruby Lynn Davis Gilliam. He was a retired heavy equipment operator with the N.C.D.O.T. When in good health Reggie liked to deer hunt and ride four wheelers.

A funeral service will be 2 pm Wednesday in the chapel of Strickland Funeral Home & Crematory. The family will receive friends following the service. Burial will be private at Lancaster Memorial Park.
 

Reggie is survived by his cousin, Ardeth Boone and her family, Jamie and Jeremy; Taylor, Ethan, Brad and Kelly Boone; aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to a charity of one’s own choice.
