April 7, 1938 – July 25, 2023

YOUNGSVILLE – Peggy Jeffreys Hedrick, 85, of Youngsville, passed away Tuesday night at home, surrounded by her family.

Peggy was the daughter of the late Haywood Ruffin Jeffreys and Pauline Frazier Jeffreys. She was preceded in death by her husband, Grady Hedrick; daughter, Vickie Hedrick Patterson; and sister, Bernice Singletary.

A visitation will be held on Sunday, July 30, from 3:00 – 4:30 PM at Strickland Funeral Home. A graveside funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, July 31, at Raleigh Memorial Park.

Peggy is survived by her son, W. G. Hedrick; sisters, Bobby Mitchell and Winnie Carol Price; brother, Roy Jeffreys; grandchildren Deanna Marshall, Shawn Auteri, Summer Howell, and Niki Hedrick; and great-grandchildren Dalton Marshall, Dylan Marshall, Delana Marshall, Sebastian Auteri, Layla Auteri, Gracie Auteri, Jakob Howell, Lily Howell, Hannah Hedrick, and Lundynn Grant.
