June 25, 1934 – May 16, 2020

LOUISBURG – Nadine Gray Eakes, 85, of Louisburg, died Saturday night. Nadine was a daughter of the late Robert M. and Rosa T. Eakes. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Lizzie Eakes, Alice E. Horton, Florine Driver and Rosa Vell Eakes; brother, Colonel Eakes.

A private graveside service will be held Thursday at Ransdell Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery.

Nadine is survived by several nieces and nephews.
