MICHAEL R. LIGHTELL

January 28, 1976 – November 28, 2024

Michael Robert Lightell, 48, of Thomasville formerly of Louisburg, passed away Thursday morning.

Michael was the son of the late Clarence R. “Buck” and Sue T. Lightell.

A memorial service will be held at 2 pm Thursday, December 5 in the chapel of Strickland Funeral Home. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.

Michael is survived by his wife of 28 years, Tonya W. Lightell; daughter, Samantha Lightell; sons, Zachary Lightell, Christopher Lightell, and Caleb Lightell; grandchildren, Serenity, Elias, and Lucas; brother-in-law, Gary Davis.
