M. FRANCES McCRACKEN ANGE

May 24, 1936 - October 6, 2025

Mary Frances McCracken Ange, 89, of Plymouth, died Monday morning in Raleigh.      

Mrs. Ange was the daughter of the late Donald Toler and Ruby Taylor McCracken. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Herbert Ange and her son, Ronald Keith Ange.

Mrs. Ange was a member of the Plymouth Lioness Club and a member of First Christian Church and a Deacon. She was named Volunteer of the Year for 2003 of the Washington County Hospital Auxiliary; she had been a member of the Hospital Auxiliary for 20 years.

Mrs. Ange is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Jeff and Carolyn Ange of Morehead City; daughter and son-in-law, Karen A. and Chuck Blalock of Raleigh; grandchildren, Walt Ange and wife, Haylee of Colorado; Neil Ange of Morehead City; Chase Blalock and wife, Laura of Hickory; Melissa B. Martin and husband, Justin of Raleigh; 7 – great-grandchildren.         

A private burial will be held at the Windley Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First Christian Church, P.O. Box 97, Plymouth, NC 27962.
