LINDA ROSE LOFTIN

November 3, 1942 – November 10, 2023

Linda Rose Spencer Loftin, 81, of Louisburg, passed away on Friday morning, at Franklin Oaks.

Linda was the daughter of the late Andrew Harris Spencer, Sr. and Eunice Wrenn Spencer. In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her brothers, Andrew Harris Spencer, Jr., and Robert Wrenn Spencer.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 13, at Hill King United Methodist Church at 1:00 PM. Burial will follow the service at Oakwood Cemetery in Louisburg. The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 12 from 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM at Strickland Funeral Home.

Linda is survived by her husband, Barry Neal Loftin, Sr.; daughter Audra Rose Loftin Gupton and husband Kent; sons Barry Neal Loftin, Jr. and wife Fran, and Spencer Cleveland Loftin and wife Julie; grandchildren Lillian Rose Gupton, Abigale Rose Gupton, Ashton Nicole Leonard, and Amber Renea Leonard; sister, Alma Ray Hudson; and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Linda’s name to Hill King United Methodist Church, 1989 NC Hwy. 39, Louisburg, NC 27549.
