JIMMY C. TANT

November 12, 1960 – August 10, 2020

LOUISBURG – Jimmy Charlie Tant, 59, of Louisburg, died Monday morning at his home.

Jimmy was a son of the late George and Zona Tant. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Jimmy loved his career with Toney Lumber Company and loved to fish.

A private memorial service will be held in the chapel of Strickland Funeral Home.

Jimmy is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Barbara Tant; sons, Rodney Tant and his wife, Nicki of Hillsborough; Chad Tant of Louisburg; grandchildren, Jacob, Caleb, Nicholas, Alex, Jeramiah “Bubba” and Jordan.
