Uninhibited personality. Loud, vulgar mouth, Big heart. Proud Vietnam Vet.

Deddy was 71 years old, and some wonder how he made it that long. He had more lives than a cat. And often wore a shirt that read, “Ain’t dead yet mfer”. His humor and loud mouth is what drew so many people to love him so much.

Deddy died on June 4, 2021 doing exactly what he wanted to do- DRIVE. Strong willed and stubborn until the very end. 

Deddy had no boundaries and lived by his own set of rules. 

He leaves behind his wife, Martie, of 50 years, four children (Maggie, Josh, Roseanna, Neela), eight grandchildren (Kaylee, Michael Dylan, Jeremy, Jacob, Stephen III, Kassie, William, Bates), and two sisters (Sylvia & Faye). He was preceded in death by his brother (Larry), son-in-law (Jack), and his #1 man- his horse, Buck. 

Memorial visitation to be held at Bethlehem Baptist Church on Saturday, June 12 from 1:30-2:45. Military honors to follow at 3:00.
