GRAY S. HAITHCOCK

May 6, 1935 – September 14, 2022

RALEIGH – Gray Smith Haithcock, 87, of Raleigh, died Wednesday night.  Gray was the daughter of the late James H. Smith and Onnie Smith Pruitt. She was preceded in death by her husband, Max P. Haithcock and her brother, James Thomas Smith. Gray graduated from Franklinton High School in 1953 and then went on to be a Registered Nurse.

At her request services will be private.

Gray is survived by her sisters and brother-in-law, Lois S. Ellis and Deborah L. Smith; Gladys S. and Johnny Aycock; many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Maple Springs Baptist Church, Cemetery Fund, 1938 NC 56 Hwy E., Louisburg, NC 27549.
