March 9, 1954 – August 27, 2025

Frederick John Crismond, Jr., 71, of Youngsville, passed away at his home on Wednesday evening.

Fred was preceded in death by his parents, Frederick John Crismond and Maude Louise Gray; sister, Mary Frances Bonini; brothers-in-law Francis Skip Flater and Leo Bonini, Jr.; grandparents Mary M. Gray and Frederick Stone; aunts Thelma Henderson, Rozena Miller, Kathleen Gray, and Ursula Gray; uncles Lester Gray and Paul Gray, Sr.; and cousins Emma Jane Lork and Nancy Miller.

A celebration of Fred’s life will be held on Friday, September 19, 2025 at 11:00 AM in the chapel of Strickland Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 10:00 - 10:45 prior to the service. Burial will follow the service at the Harris Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery.

Fred is survived by his loving wife, Terry Crismond; sister Linda Lou Warner (Ron); step-son Russell Keene; step-grandchildren Dylan Keene and Tyler Keene; uncle Edward Miller; sister-in-law Beverly Flater; nieces Ginny Bonini-Crane (Bob), Kimberly Farrell, and Dawn Ferrari; nephew Vincent Bonini; and cousins Robert Miller, Lester Gray, Jr., Paul Gray, Jr., and Edward Miller.
