Eddie Perill Hodges, Jr., 71, of Louisburg, died Wednesday evening at Wake Med.

Eddie was born in Essex County, Virginia. He was a son of the late Eddie P. Hodges, Sr. and Mary Ann B. Hodges. He was preceded in death by his late wife, Emily B. Hodges.

A visitation/memorial music service will be held at 12 o’clock on Saturday, April 19, 2025 at 125 Reynolds Road, Louisburg. 

Eddie is survived by his wife, Kimberly B. Hodges; children, Danielle Tallent (Heath); Paul Hodges (Jamie); Jason Hodges (Anna); Kimberly Williams (Amanda); 2 bonus sons, Anthony R. Hux (Amberly) & Rodney K. Mitchell (Heather); siblings, Jeff Hodges (Cathy); Shelia (Bruce); 8 – grandchildren; 10 - bonus grandchildren; 11 – great-grandchildren.
