DONNIE C. RUDD

August 4, 1956 – March 31, 2021

LOUISBURG – Donnie Clyde Rudd, 64, of Louisburg, died Wednesday night.

Donnie was born in Franklin County, he was a son of the late Clifton and Eleanor N. Rudd. Donnie was a member of Maple Springs Baptist Church where he loved to play the organ.

A memorial service will be held 3 pm Monday, April 5th at Maple Spring Baptist Church with Reverend Jason Havens officiating. It is requested that anyone attending please wear a face mask and practice social distancing. The service will be live streamed and can be viewed on Maple Springs Baptist Church Facebook page.

Donnie is survived by his sons, Ricky Rudd and Mark Rudd both of Louisburg; sister, Ruby Knowles of Garner; brother, Clarence Rudd of Raleigh; grandson, Matthew Rudd of Louisburg and former wife, Terri Capell Fryman of Louisburg.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Maple Springs Baptist Church, Music Fund, 1938 NC 56 Hwy E., Louisburg, NC 27549.
