Charity Willis Giles

Charity Ann Willis Giles, 73, of Raleigh, went home to be with the Lord early Monday morning at UNC Rex Healthcare.  Charity was born in Burlington, the daughter of  Walter Thomas and Frances Gravitt King.  In addition to her parents, Charity was preceded in death by her sister-in-law, Hannah Medlin King.

She was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend.  Charity loved reading, cross stitching, movies, her dogs, beautiful flowers, horses and watching her sons play sports.

A memorial service will be held 2pm Friday, June 10, 2022  in the Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home, with Reverend Gary Vassar officiating.

Charity is survived by her husband, Woodson D. Giles; sons, Sean Willis and wife, Keisha of LA and Damian Willis of Denver, NC; step daughter, Ashley Neubeaur and husband, Jeff of Greensboro; grandson, Aidan Willis and step granddaughter, Emily Neubeaur; brother, Joe King of Pilot, NC.

The family will receive friends following the memorial service.
