LOUISBURG – Alex Randall “Randy” Wood, 64, of Louisburg, died Saturday evening at his home.

Randy was preceded in death by his father, Robert L. Wood. He is survived by his mother, Bobbie Jane Wood; daughter, Brittany Wood Strickland; sister and brother-in-law, Angelia and Ken Murray; granddaughters, Macy and Camryn Strickland; niece, Lauren M. Lester and nephew, Matthew Murray and his wife, Ally; great-niece, Ruby Lester and great-nephews, Paxton Lester and Kason Morris; aunts, uncles and cousins.

A graveside service will be held 2 pm Thursday, October, 24th at Cedar Rock First Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Cedar Rock First Baptist Church, 4879 NC Hwy 56 E. Castalia, NC 27816.
