MARY BUSSEY MURRAY

June 4, 1952 – May 19, 2019

          Mary Lina Bussey Murray, 66 of Zebulon, died suddenly Sunday at her home.  She was born in Augusta, Georgia a daughter of the James Boatwright Bussey and Lavata Painter Bussey.    In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Robert Ramsey and Donald Bussey.  Mary worked many years in the retail clothing industry.

          A funeral service will be held 11 am Thursday at Vision Baptist Church, 7633 Buffalo Rd., Raleigh, with Pastor Chris Pratt officiating.  Burial will follow in Greenmount Cemetery, Wendell.

          Mary is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Anitra  and Tommy Pearce of  Zebulon, Sarah and Scott Street of Youngsville; son, Christopher Woodlief of Zebulon;  sister and brother-in-law, Billie and Hewitt Jones of Raleigh; 4 grandchildren.

          The family will receive friends 10 – 11 am Thursday prior to the service at Vision Baptist Church and other times at the home of Anitra and Tommy Pearce, 4990 Pearces Rd., Zebulon, NC.
