JOHN B. HALL, JR.
September 29, 1935 – May 19, 2019
LOUISBURG – John Branch Hall, Jr., 83, of Louisburg, died Sunday morning.
John was a son of the late Johnny and Edna Lancaster Hall. He was preceded in death by his brother, James Hall.
John served in the Army and then went on to work for I.B.M as a Field Engineer and retired in 1987.
A graveside service will be held 10 a.m. Saturday at Oakwood Cemetery in Louisburg. The family will receive friends after the service.
John is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Patricia W. Hall; sons and daughters-in-law, Stephen and Helen Hall of Chesapeake, VA; Phillip and Jill Hall of Raleigh; sisters and brother-in-law, Mary Sue and P.H. Smith of Edenton; Gale Maske of Wake Forest and Dale Faulkner of Louisburg; sister-in-law, Sandra Hall of Creedmoor; several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Louisburg United Methodist Church, Good Samaritan Fund, P.O. Box 667, Louisburg, NC 27549.
