LOUISBURG – Elizabeth Cyrus Toney, 87, of Louisburg, died Monday afternoon.

She was a daughter of the late Henry and Susie Frazier Cyrus.

Services will be private.

Elizabeth is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Robert M. and Robin Ballance; sisters and brother-in-law, Judy & Bobby Choplin; Faye Cyrus; brother and sister-in-law, E.C. and Lois Cyrus; grandson, Chris Ballance all of Louisburg
