GAYNELLE Y. ALLEN

May 26, 1933 – June 1, 2016

LOUISBURG – Gaynelle Young Allen, 83, of Louisburg, died Wednesday at her home.

Gaynelle was a daughter of the late, Augustus Louis and Clydia Ella Wheeler Young. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Dorothy Y. Reiter, Colleen Young and Flonnie Y. Eddins; brothers, Albright Young, Claude Young, Douglas Young and J.D. Young.

A graveside service will be held 1 p.m. Friday at Lancaster Memorial Park. The family will receive friends immediately following the service and other times at the home.

Gaynelle is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Paul Allen; son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Lisa Allen; grandsons, Matthew and Ryan Allen all of Louisburg; many nieces and nephews.
