BILL T. PEARCE

March 24, 1945 – May 26, 2017

CASTALIA – Bill Turner Pearce, 72, of Castalia, died Friday evening at Wake Med.

Bill was a son of the late Bunnie and Helen W. Pearce. He was preceded in death by his wife, Peggy M. Pearce. Bill was a farmer and then went on to be a Tobacco Warehouseman.

A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Monday at Cedar Rock First Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends 10 – 11 a.m. prior to the funeral.

Bill is survived by his sons and daughter-in-law, Keith and Cathy Pearce of Wilson; Gregg Pearce of Castalia; sister and brother-in-law, Violet P. and Bob Landreth of Greensboro; brother and sister-in-law, Ronnie and Barbara Pearce of Castalia; grandchildren, Luke, Ben, and Olivia Pearce.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Cedar Rock First Baptist Church 4879 NC 56 Hwy. E., Castalia, NC 27816.
