BETTY U. POLLARD

Aug. 12, 1947 – July 12, 2017

ZEBULON  – Betty Upchurch Pollard,69, went home to be with the Lord Wednesday afternoon at her home. 

     She was preceded in death by her husband, Leroy Pollard, father, Ennis Upchurch and brother, Tony Upchurch.

     A funeral service will be held 3pm Sunday at Bethlehem Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery.

     She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Harry and Jennifer Upchurch; granddaughters, Kathleen and Rachel Upchurch; mother, Dorene P. Upchurch.

     The family will receive friends 6:00 – 7:30 pm Saturday at Strickland Funeral Home and other times at the home of Harry and Jennifer Upchurch, 5583 Pearces Rd., Zebulon.

     In lieu of flowers the family request memorials be made to Anchor Baptist Church Building Fund, 1308 NC Hwy. 98, Louisburg, NC 27549.
